This work includes the proceedings of the ‘1st International Conference on Early Intervention and Technology in the 21st Century. Multiplier event of the eEarlyCare-T project’ held at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Burgos on 2-3 October 2024. During the conference, the most significant advances in the field of early intervention were presented from the perspective of different disciplines (medicine, psychology, occupational therapy, computer engineering and computational science) using artificial intelligence technology. These advances are important for improving diagnostic and intervention processes in early care contexts. Of particular note were the opening lecture, given by Dr Francisco Alcantud Marín, Professor of Evolutionary Psychology at the University of Valencia, and the closing lecture, given by Dr Francisco José García Peñalvo, Professor of Computer Science and Automation and Director of the GRIAL Group at the University of Salamanca. There were also 148 participants from different universities, hospitals and health services, disability associations, educational services, clinics and rehabilitation centers and professional associations. This work has been developed within the framework of the project co-financed by the European Union eEarlyCare-T No. 2021-1-ES01-KA220-SCH-000032661.
